Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
